This page lists what landers.io stores in your browser — cookies and browser storage — and why. We set no advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't use third-party trackers.
If you chatted with an assistant (visitors)
The chat on a campaign page, or embedded on a business's website, sets no cookies. It keeps a few entries in your browser's storage:
- Session storage — a chat session token per campaign, so reloading the page continues the same conversation, and whether you pinned or dismissed the offer and the chat teaser. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
- Local storage (embedded chat only) — whether you left the chat window open or closed, so it stays that way on the next page.
The business's own website and the offer page the chat links to may set cookies of their own; their policies apply to those.
