These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of landers.io (the “Service”), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
landers.io lets a business (an “operator”) put an AI sales assistant behind a link. The operator builds a campaign — the assistant's instructions, persona, knowledge and an offer link — and sends traffic to it. The assistant chats with each visitor on a campaign page or in a chat window embedded on the operator's website, and the Service records the conversation, the visitor's answers and any sign-ups or sales the operator's tracking reports back. Features change over time; we may add, change or remove them.
Accounts are by invitation. These Terms cover operators and their team members. Visitors who chat with an assistant are covered by our Privacy Policy and by the operator's own terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account and your organization. Tell us at [SECURITY CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect your account has been compromised.
3. Your campaigns
The assistant speaks for you. You are responsible for your campaigns, including that:
- what the assistant is told to say, and the offers it links to, are lawful, accurate and not misleading;
- your campaigns follow the advertising, consumer-protection and data-protection rules that apply to you and to your visitors, including telling visitors they are chatting with an AI where that is required;
- you have a lawful basis for what you ask visitors and for what you do with their answers and transcripts;
- you have the rights to the content, images and knowledge you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You won't use the Service to:
- break the law or violate someone else's rights;
- promote offers that are illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or target children with a campaign;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent;
- reverse-engineer the Service to compete with us;
- interfere with other operators' use of the Service.
5. Your content and data
You own what you put in — campaign content, offers, knowledge and images — and the conversations and results your campaigns collect (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data only to run the Service for you, to keep it secure and to support you. We don't train models of our own on Customer Data. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI output
Replies are generated by third-party language models and can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected, even with good instructions. Review your campaigns and their transcripts, and don't use the Service where a mistake in a reply could cause real harm (for example medical, legal or financial advice) without safeguards of your own.
7. Fees
Any fees for the Service, and how AI usage is charged, are agreed with us separately in writing.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers and our hosting and network providers. We are not responsible for services we don't control, such as the offer pages and tracking systems your campaigns link to.
9. Intellectual property
We keep all rights to the Service, including its software and design. You keep all rights to your Customer Data and to the output your campaigns generate, subject to the model providers' terms.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may pause a campaign or suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if a campaign puts visitors or the Service at risk, or for security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise any level of conversions or results from a campaign.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service won't exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Neither of us is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will tell operators in the app or by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the change.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] is registered, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.
